How To Make a Squeeze Ball

These balls can be used for various ball games (e.g. juggling, catch etc) but can also be used to help alleviate stress. When people squeeze the ball their muscles contract and as they relax their grip their muscles also relax, this is called progressive relaxation. This means that every time they squeeze and release the stress ball, they relieve a little more of the physical tension from the muscles in their body. This would be a great gift for children and adults alike.
